Once the face of the front desk greeting patients with her warm smile, Mary now works more behind the scenes managing the backend day to day operations of the office, addressing motor vehicle accident & extended health benefits claims as well as working one on one with patients looking to improve their overall health & wellness through nutrition and lifestyle.

Born and raised in Kent County, Mary graduated from the University of Windsor with  a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, and a Bachelor of Education degree in Adult Education from Brock University in St. Catharines. Passionate about educating, supporting and motivating people to lead a happy, healthy, wellness lifestyle in all areas of their life, body, mind, food and spirit and adding to their chiropractic experience,  Mary completed studies with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York becoming a Certified Health and Wellness Coach as well as completing her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) Certification at Joyful Yoga in Florida and Lakshmi Voelker Chair Teacher Certification through Ageless Arts & Yoga.  Mary also trained in Restorative Yoga under Judith Hanson-Lasater and is working on becoming a certified Relax and Renew Trainer.

When she is not working Mary can be found enjoying time with her fur-baby, Kobi, living an active healthy lifestyle including working out, practicing yoga, enjoying time outdoors, researching nutrition, experimenting with new foods, recipes, cooking and spending time with family.
